Too good not to share....Here are photos of the deeds of the farmhouse. The original Deed was signed on September 25, 1923. It was handwritten and included a list of farm supplies which came with the purchase....12 cows, 2 calves, 2 horses, 100 chickens and more....
Then on September 28 a typed Deed was signed with a separate Bill of Sale for the farm supplies.
